TEHRAN — Iranian President Ayatollah Seyed Ebrahim Raisi has said the Iranian nation will achieve victory in the currently raging war of the will.
Speaking in the village of Qarebouteh in Zanjan province on Thursday, President Raisi said he was convinced that the steely will, passion, intelligence and insight of the people, as they have led the country so far, will continue to lead the country blindly in the eyes of the enemy, and said: “Today we are witnessing a war of wills and I have no doubt that in this war of wills, victory belongs to the great nation of Iran”.
He noted, “The main purpose of our trip was to inaugurate 5 power stations in Zanjan province, which were built in 5 different provinces through the efforts of our country’s experts.”
The Iranian president said the enemy had resorted to conspiracies to prevent the Iranian people from advancing. “When the enemy sees Iranian youth advancing day by day in various fields of science, technology and industry, he wants to prevent these developments by planning a conspiracy,” he said, according to the official website of the Iranian presidency.
Ayatollah Raisi hailed the spirit of passion and intelligence of the people of Zanjan and underlined: “I am confident that your strong will, your determination, your passion, your intelligence and your insight will lead the progress of the country with will of steel.
Stating that today we are witnessing a war of wills, President Raisi noted: “The enemies wanted the Iranian nation not to be independent and progress, but the Iranian nation wanted to be proud, to stand and not be under the control of the domination system. I have no doubt that in this war of wills, victory belongs to the great nation of Iran”.
Condemning yesterday’s terrorist act at the holy shrine of SS Shahcheragh and accepting responsibility for this atrocity and malicious act by ISIS, Ayatollah Raisi raised the question of who created ISIS , who supported this group and made them kill the people of the region? and said, “Today the people of Iran and the freedom seekers of the world are wondering how the Americans, who officially admitted the creation of ISIS, claim to support human rights!”
Stating that America’s record is replete with crimes, President Raisi added, “Haven’t the people of the world seen that you martyred the hero of the fight against terrorism before their eyes? How do you claim to support human rights? It is the Iranian people who are the true defender of human rights and humanity.”
In the last part of his speech, Ayatollah Raisi referred to the people’s demands raised at this meeting and called on the Governor General to seriously and urgently follow up on the issue of solving the problem of the quality of food. drinking water in the area, the construction of a clinic and the requests of others.
President Raisi arrived in Zanjan province on Thursday and was greeted by Ayatollah Ali Khatami, the Friday Prayer Imam and representative of the province’s Supreme Leader, Governor-General Mohsen Afsharchi, and a group of local officials.
In Zanjan, Raisi officially opened the first and second gas-fired units of the Arian 2 power plant in Zanjan with the capacity to produce 366 megawatts of electricity. For the construction of this power plant, which was built by the private sector, 130 million euros of credit were spent, and by using it, 240 people will be directly and indirectly employed.
He also visited different parts of this plant and was briefed on the details of its construction and operation with explanations from plant officials and people involved in its construction.
Raisi also attended the official opening ceremony of 5 thermal power plants with a capacity of 1026 megawatts.
“Repairs to power plants and the creation of new capacity had not been done on time, and therefore the government’s work to provide electricity and solve these problems faced fundamental problems,” he said. -he declares.
Raisi said: “The government was able to prevent blackouts in the first stage by managing electricity consumption in different sectors and in the next stage by introducing 6,000 megawatts of new power generation capacity into the grid.
